Dave (born David Charles Rothenberg) was 6 years old when his father, Charles David Rothenberg (changed named to Charley Charles), gave him a sleeping pill, doused his bed with kerosene and lit it in a Buena Park motel room near Disneyland during a bitter custody fight. Dave Dave was born on 18 June 1976 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He died on 15 July 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
