It is with deep sadness that the Town of Lockport announces the passing of our co-worker and dear friend, Barry Kobrin, “Bear” who served the Town of Lockport for many years as our dog control officer, safety instructor, Chief of the Rapids Fire Company, and all-round advisor and comedian. Barry I. Kobrin of Lockport, passed away suddenly December 14, 2023.
